As a Customer Success Intern, you will support customer-facing engagements by listening to conversations, aligning objectives with Microsoft’s portfolio, and helping deliver program planning and reviews. You’ll engage with internal teams, partners, and technical stakeholders to drive customer success and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with key customer stakeholders, align internal resources to customer needs, and build strong internal relationships
  • Learn engagement models, support strong customer and technical relationships, and manage customer accounts with a focus on understanding business goals and roadmaps
  • Listen to customers, align objectives with Microsoft’s portfolio, participate in account planning, and help design and deliver programs of work to meet customer goals
  • Support program planning, prioritize and review customer engagements, apply Microsoft delivery tools, and help resolve blockers to ensure ongoing customer success
  • Grow technical aptitude and industry awareness to translate customer interactions into customer business impact and value

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (Rqs)

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing) at an intermediate or higher level
