Our world is rapidly transforming. The volume of content is doubling every two years, and people spend nearly 20% of their time searching for information—often missing key data needed to make decisions. As digital complexity grows, so does the need for intelligent, intuitive, and scalable solutions.

At Microsoft, the OneDrive and SharePoint (ODSP) team is at the forefront of this transformation. We build cutting-edge technology that empowers users—from enterprise employees to frontline workers, students, and educators—to thrive in an information-dense world. Our mission is to connect people to the content, tools, and experiences they need to succeed.

We are seeking a passionate front-end or full-stack Software Engineer II to join our team in building modern web applications, planet-scale distributed systems, and open-source development platforms. Our work spans across device boundaries and host environments, delivering elegant, AI-powered experiences that elevate productivity and engagement.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

  • Deliver Intuitive Consumer & Author Experiences: Create seamless, personalized experiences across SharePoint, Viva Connections, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Build Agentic Systems: Contribute to the development of the Knowledge Agent and Site Manager—AI-first systems that automate content curation, retirement, and discovery. These tools help users manage their digital environments with minimal manual effort.
  • Scale with Data and Insight: Use data science and customer feedback to guide engineering decisions. Our team is data-driven, service-led, and customer-focused, with usage insights framing our backlog and roadmap.
