CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.

As a software engineer in the team, you’ll help build an AI-powered platform that transforms supply chain compliance from reactive crisis management to predictive intelligence. In this role, you’ll develop backend services and APIs that power intelligent agents and real-time compliance orchestration, integrating seamlessly with ERP systems and Azure-based data ecosystems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a product that is secure, scalable, and with high-performance features that fuse proprietary customer data with exclusive trade intelligence to predict detention risks and automate supplier documentation workflows. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
  • Build scalable backend services and APIs using Azure-native technologies and microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features that power intelligent agent-driven compliance workflows.
  • Integrate front-end components with backend services and enterprise systems like ERP and Azure data platforms.
  • Ensure high standards of performance, security, and reliability across the full stack.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across UI and backend layers, optimizing for user experience and system efficiency.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • 2+ years of experience in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript (React/Angular), Python, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience building responsive, modern UIs using frameworks like React, Angular, or Blazor.
  • 1+ year of backend development experience with Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, Microsoft Entra ID authentication, and message/event-based architectures.
  • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack development responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep, and OAuth2 authentication flows.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to projects that proactively identified and resolved technical bottlenecks.
  • Experience with traceability and serialization solutions is a plus.
  • Passion for continuous learning and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
