Join our dynamic team as a Low Code Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency through low-code/no-code solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy advanced automated workflows, enhance user interactions, and lead the integration of AI agents within production services.

We are looking for a highly motivated App Developer with a unique blend of skills in data analytics, and low-code/no-code AI agent development. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy agentic systems using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI Foundry.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic System Development
• Build and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. 
• Leverage Azure AI Foundry to design prompt flows and manage deployments via Azure DevOps CI/CD.   
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into program requirements and technical specifications.
• Rapid Prototyping : design and implement quick agentic workflows with a prototype-first mindset to gather early feedback.
• Data Engineering & Analytics
• Build and manage quick data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse/Fabric. 
• Perform data preparation, transformation, and analysis with SQL.   
• Prompt Engineering: craft, optimize, and maintain effective prompts to ensure reliable agent behaviour.
• Automation Orchestration: design and manage automation workflows using Power Automate Flows.   
• Performance Measurement: track adoption, success, and engineering metrics of deployed solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 
• Experience
• 3-5 years in data analytics or data engineering. 
• ~1-year hands-on experience with agent development (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar tools).   
• Technical Skills
• Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI Foundry
• SQL/Python. 
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.  
• Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
