Drive Meaningful Change

As Head of Digital Strategy and Projects, you will lead our IT Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of digital initiatives across the organization. You’ll manage a team of experienced IT project managers, oversee the digital project portfolio, and act as a strategic partner to the CIO and the digital leadership team —driving governance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your Main Responsibilities Include:

• Own and manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy and resource prioritization.
• Establish and maintain project governance, standards, and methodologies.
• Monitor project performance and report transparently to the CIO and digital leadership team
• Lead and develop a team of IT project managers.
• Partner with the CIO to shape and execute the digital strategy and roadmap.
• Drive improvements to the IT operating model and governance structures.
• Build strong relationships with digital and business leaders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging digital trends
• Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Profile

You are a strategic leader with a strong background in digital project and portfolio management. You thrive in complex environments and have a passion for driving change and innovation.

We’Re Looking For Someone With:

• A Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in senior PMO or program management roles.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital programs and managing a team of project managers.
• Strong knowledge of IT operating models, governance, and portfolio management.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in shaping and executing strategy in partnership with CIOs or senior IT leaders
• Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations.
• Advanced skills in project/portfolio management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
