Sales Development Representative - Launch your Sales Career - R450k/annum OTE

About The Role

We’ll kickstart your journey with our hands-on training program, designed to turn your customer-facing experience into tech sales expertise. From there, you’ll have a clear path to grow into leadership within two years.

What You’Ll Do:

• Learn the FinTech & SaaS space across EMEA markets 
• Research and identify high-value target accountsReach out to decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Book meetings and demos with senior executivesJoin customer meetings and contribute to go-to-market campaignsContinuously refine your sales skills with support from experienced leaders

Requirements

• A university degree
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (preferably sales-related) after your studies
• Genuine interest in sales, SaaS, and FinTech
• High energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and resilience
• Strong written and spoken English, confident engaging with C-level executives
• Based in Cape Town (or open to relocating)
• South African citizenship
