The Agency Partner will be responsible to set and execute the strategy for the Agency ecosystem in Italy, partnering with key players to grow revenue and increase Meta product adoption. The ideal candidate owns the overall business results derived through Meta platforms by building joint plans, prioritizing opportunities, and ensuring quality execution at agency and ecosystem level.
We are looking for a strategic a business driver who puts agencies and their clients at the core of everything, has a passion for marketing and business development, and a firm belief that the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable outcomes.
You will have extensive experience with both Meta and competitor products, and a proven ability to influence agency and ecosystem relationships at all levels of the organization – both executive leadership and more technically-oriented functions (marketing, product, finance, tech), transforming our business into a data-driven organization
Candidates must have a proven understanding of the agency industry, competitive landscape, and the unique challenges faced by the industry.
Success in this position requires strategic skills in combination with demonstrated consultative and analytical skills, high adaptability, agility and drive execution at scale. The ideal candidate will work together with agencies, Meta business and cross-functional teams across verticals and geographies that might require differentiated support to grow the business.
Candidates must be quick learners, have a collaborative and innovative spirit and deal with ambiguity.

- Lead and develop key agencies: deliver revenue and product adoption across the allocated agency portfolio and determine new, untapped growth opportunities while driving current
- Lead and Influence with strategy based on the agency's competitive advantaged to grow priority partners
- Identify and pitch transformational opportunities to agencies that directly support country business growth drivers
- Identify key frictions and barriers specific to these agencies and lead to pivot away with solutions
- Develop and execute change management plans (incl. goal setting) to ensure successful adoption
- Leverage data and analytics to drive business reviews, inform agency strategies, and surface actionable insights that support revenue growth and product adoption
- Guide the development and optimization of internal processes and tools that enhance agency performance and operational efficiency
- Lead large-scale projects, including goal setting, action planning, risk management, milestone tracking, KPI tracking, and progress reporting
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, finance, or similar sales strategy and operations roles
- Strategic skills to translate business challenges into opportunities and build short and long-term plans
- Project management (including solid execution), communication and prioritization skills
- Leadership and influencing skills – experience leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Experience working cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing successful plans in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity
- Results and detail oriented, with commercial/business acumen and demonstrated experience in translating complex concepts and terminology in order to drive understanding and buy-in from a broad range of stakeholders
- Proven stakeholder management, develop trusted C-level relationships with agency leadership and manage accountability on joint goals
- Demonstrated experience in quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced use of Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL)
- Proven ability to conduct data-driven business reviews and derive actionable insights from complex data sets
- Understanding of Meta value to marketers and agencies and how technology works - represent Meta’s Family of Apps at key industry events and gatherings
- Demonstrated ability to design and launch scalable processes that promote governance and accountability
- Experience in the technology industry
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS businesses, sales operations, and programs
- Experience developing and/or overseeing advanced quantitative analysis and deriving actionable insights for business growth
- Master's or graduate degree, MBA-preferred
- Fluent in English and Italian is preferred
