Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Command and Control (C2) Subject Matter Expert to provide specialized expertise in systems, processes, and doctrine that enable effective decision-making and operational coordination in military, security, or emergency response contexts. Advise leaders on C2 best practices, ensure interoperability of systems, and support planning, training, and execution of operations. C2 SMEs will combine extensive operational experience with technical knowledge of communications, information systems, and mission planning tools, more specifically with the Battle Command and Control Center (BC3) to enhance situational awareness and mission effectiveness. **This position is located in Ramstein AFB, Germany (International Assignment) **NO REMOTE WORK**

What You'Ll Be Doing:

•  Providing expert guidance for Partner Nation (PN) C2 interoperability, ensuring alignment with mission objectives, technical requirements, and Western/NATO operational and doctrinal standards.
• Planning, coordinating, and facilitating interoperability conferences, programs, and special working groups to enhance cross command and coalition collaboration and operational effectiveness.
• Representing the organization at DoD, USEUCOM, NATO, and partner-nation meetings, boards, and planning activities, as required. Traveling to PN sites, surveys, and stakeholder engagements to deliver briefs and provide on-site expertise.
• Advising on the integration and interoperability of C2 systems and subcomponents with all stakeholders.
•  Developing system training documentation, operational procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Conducting capability assessments, gap analyses, and performance evaluations to support mission readiness.
• Training foreign partners to configure and operate various C2 systems.
• Developing and creating unique theater-specific simulated training scenarios to meet customer specific training requirements

What Required Skills You'Ll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree is highly preferred or 10-15 years of experience in Control and Reporting Center (CRC) /Airborne C2 as a Weapons Director/Air Battle Manager, Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), or other service equivalent C2 specialties.
• Extensive operational background in military, government, or defense-related C2 environments.
• Proven experience with BC3 or similar C2 systems.
• Strong understanding of joint, coalition, and interagency operational frameworks.
• Familiarity with NATO, Joint, or Service-specific C2 doctrine.
•  Experience with mission planning tools, communications systems, and tactical data links.
• Experience with operating principles of data and sensor correlation systems like the Multi-Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT), Control and Reporting Center System Interface (CSI), and others.
• Ability to analyze operational requirements and develop technical/functional solutions to be presented to the government.
• Experience creating and delivering C2-related training programs and SOPs.
• Experience developing and leading simulation-based training events, including scenario design, system integration, and execution as a Simulation Lead.
• Strong briefing and technical writing skills for senior leadership and program stakeholders.
• Ability to work in high-tempo, mission-critical environments with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in integrating emerging technologies into existing C2 architectures.
• Member must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time, including travel to locations that may involve hazardous or high-risk environments.
• Must have an active Secret clearance

• Experience working in USAF or other service component staffs.
• Knowledge of OCONUS operational requirements for the US Air Force.
•  Experience drafting, reviewing and editing written products and briefing at the General/Flag Officer level.
