Requirements

What We’Re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Salon Manager, or Front of House Leader in a hair or beauty salon.
• Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills.
• A passion for the hair & beauty industry and delivering exceptional client care.
• Sales-driven with the ability to motivate your team to achieve targets.

What You’Ll Do:

• Lead, inspire & motivate a team of stylists, receptionists & apprentices.
• Deliver a 5-star client experience every day.
• Drive sales, hit targets & keep salon operations smooth.
• Recruit, train & develop your team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and salon standards at all times.
