Production Assistant, Patisserie Packing

• SALARY: £12.70 per hour
• Weekly pay planned from October 2025
• HOURS: 24 hours per week
• Monday-Wednesday, 06.00-14.30

ABOUT THE ROLE

• We’re hiring Food Production Operatives to help craft our award-winning organic products – trusted and loved by customers across the UK.
• No previous experience required!

This role also includes transportation to the site from Banbury and Witney. Holiday starting at 28 days per year, +1 additional day per year of service after 2 years.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle baked good e.g. Cookies, Bread, Cakes and Crackers.
• Keep our kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised
• Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging, and order prep for Retail, Catering, and Wholesale
