Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a business related field.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
- Experience with Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360 or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms.

- Drive business and advertising growth by identifying opportunities and pitching aligned Google solutions across AI, Search, Display, and Video products to existing customer accounts.
- Lead customer engagements to present new product opportunities, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and managing objections while evaluating campaign performance.
- Manage full-cycle client and agency relationships, including recurring meetings, operational oversight, and collaborative campaign management across Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Improve campaign performance and return-on-investment by quantifying opportunities, providing guidance and troubleshooting support, and applying expertise in Google's evolving advertiser products.
