This is a full-time leadership role based in Sydney, where you'll guide a team of specialists to deliver strategic change and capability uplift across Mortgage Operations. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive transformation, embed continuous improvement, and enhance operational performance. What do I need?
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, expertise, and a collaborative mindset:
- Proven experience leading complex change and capability programs, ideally within financial services.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with a focus on delivering outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills at a senior level.
- A track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement.
