What do I need?
We're seeking a highly capable PMO Analyst to support a major transformation initiative within the Westpac Group. This role will support PMO and delivery teams in ensuring adherence to Transformation Portfolio and Delivery Standards, while maintaining accurate and timely reporting. The role will also ensure that all key TDS documents are properly captured and stored in EPDR, with attention to audit and security.
As a key member of the Program Enablement & PMO team, you’ll help drive the successful delivery of the UNITE program by embedding strong governance, structured support, and consistent standards. The team plays a pivotal role in aligning delivery to strategic priorities—enabling faster decisions, early risk identification, and seamless collaboration across business, technology, and delivery streams.
This role will play a crucial part of the UNITE team. UNITE is our business-led, tech-enabled transformation, and a key priority for the Group. Essential Skills:
Candidates must have proven experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO) environment, demonstrating the following capabilities within financial services/Banking:
- Project Governance: Skilled in managing PMO processes to ensure projects follow TPS/TDS standards, maintain procedural documents, and capture key project processes.
- Project Reporting: Experience maintaining accurate, timely, and high-quality project reporting, supporting PMO Managers with reports, progress updates, action items, and decision registers.
- Tooling & Information Management: Proven ability to capture and store TDS documents in EPDR, manage document control, SharePoint, knowledge management, and support ad hoc reporting or projects.
