Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with projects spanning multiple product areas, functions and teams.
- Experience ensuring adherence to organizational policies and external regulations.
- Experience engaging and collaborating with stakeholders, including partner engineers, product managers, engineers, and operations teams and influence decisions.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools, and data privacy, security, and compliance principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a changing environment with little guidance and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

The Partner Operations Manager role in our technical team, requires a unique blend of tech savviness, problem-solving skill, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build vendor-workflows from the ground up in a changing environment. It is highly strategic and process oriented, with a core focus on vendor management, team enablement and on ensuring that partner-driven programs are executed efficiently and scalably.
In this role, you will be the central point of contact between the gUP Gemini Partner Engineers and technical support vendors. You will help design, implement, and optimize the operational frameworks that govern Gemini App partner engagements. Beyond the day-to-day, you will also drive the long-term success of our partner program. You will play a critical role in partner expansion and scaling. You will lead key team-enablement projects that directly impact our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). You will also surface process improvements that enhance internal operations, and improvements to the partner experience on Gemini App.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for Gemini App partner work by managing vendors and overseeing project execution, quality control, and adherence to defined standards. Identify and implement workflow improvements. Build playbooks to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for vendor teams.
- Streamline partner onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle management. Establish approval processes, track performance, and identify automation/AI opportunities.
- Generate reports for actionable partner program insights (e.g., performance, health, growth). Support strategic planning with data-driven analysis of the Gemini App partner ecosystem. Ensure operational excellence (KPIs, SLAs).
- Ensure compliance with Google's internal policies, privacy guidelines, and relevant external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance, to ensure alignment and vendor support for partner initiatives.
