  • Understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and the elements of successful organizational design.
  • Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and support problem-solving through data-informed recommendations.

About The Job

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to GBO. The team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth and operates effectively.

This team is responsible for setting GTM strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products (from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and revenue health at scale). This team plays an important role in building excellent GTM infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBOers business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities. GTM has teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as in global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

We seek a proactive and strategic Senior Analyst to join the APAC GTM Analysts team. If you thrive on identifying structural opportunities, translating complex operational data into actionable strategies, and leading initiatives that enhance business rigor, Google invites you to explore this role.

Responsibilities

  • Independently conduct complex, deep-dive analyses on large-scale operational and sales data to diagnose root causes, identify strategic gaps, and provide prescriptive, actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Lead and own projects focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing processes, governance structures, and performance management systems to enhance efficiency across APAC.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality, compelling narratives and presentations that communicate strategic findings, project progress, and recommendations, using influence to drive adoption across local, regional, and global leadership.
  • Independently identify systemic operational challenges and opportunities for improvement. Develop and pilot innovative, end-to-end solutions, and lead the required change management efforts within the defined scope.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with various cross-functional teams, act as the GTM strategy and operations domain expert to achieve shared, complex objectives.
