Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working in a technical environment (e.g., AI, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Enterprise SaaS).
  • Experience managing communications for organizational change.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma to create custom graphics and assets for presentations along with excellent graphic design skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the executive communications platform. Serve as an advisor to the executive and their leadership team, translating their core direction and business priorities into a engaging messaging framework.
  • Own the content development process for all major internal and external presentations, including organisation-wide All-Hands, customer-facing keynotes, investor briefings, and business reviews.
  • Design and build presentations. Transform data, technical concepts, and abstract ideas into presentation slides.
  • Draft and manage all key leadership communications capturing the executive’s perspective.
  • Partner with leadership, Public Relations, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure narrative alignment and message consistency across all internal and external channels.
