Enter and maintain accurate lease data within lease accounting system

Prepare and review journal entries related to lease obligations, right-of-use (ROU) assets, lease liabilities, and associated expenses 

Download lease payment schedule from TRIRIGA and initiate the payment process. Ensure timely and accurate payments to landlord 

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close procedures for lease accounts 

Analyze financial impacts of lease modifications, terminations, and renewals 

Typically 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with specific experience in lease accounting highly desirable 

Experience with lease management software (e.g., CoStar, SAP RE-FX, Tririga) is a strong plus
