Ford Motor Company is seeking an analytical and results oriented AI and Data Integration Engineer who specializes in Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models and the development of interactive dashboards and interfaces.
What You'Ll Do…
- Leverage advance data analytics to blend multiple data sources and deliver actionable insights that clearly tell a story to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement AI-driven dashboards in Qlik, using machine learning outputs as the foundation for interactive visualizations and decision making tools.
- Ability to identify business challenges and execute AI technologies to increase day to day efficiency.
- Develop and manage AI language models workflow to aid in product development and VA/VE.
- Leverage domain expertise, statistical analysis and AI/ML modeling to optimize processes.
- Design strategies to streamline data collaboration across teams, ensuring efficient knowledge sharing.
- Establish AI powered workflows for data analysis and automation within SharePoints and related platforms.
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries and permissions.
- Provide day-to-day support for users, including troubleshooting access issues, document management, and site functionality.
- Assist with content organization, metadata to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Train team on best practices for collaboration, file sharing, and version control.
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting (Power BI, Excel, or WorkBoard dashboards).
You'Ll Have...
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data science focused on AI tools and integration.
Even better, you may have...
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with using Natural Language Processing (NPL) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to compare human generated text from "Unstructured Data.
- Relevant experience as a SharePoint Developer or Database Administrator.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer or SharePoint certification are a plus.
- Strong experience with SharePoint (Online, 2019, 2016), including its architecture and development tools.
- Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL scripting, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and web technologies like HTML and CSS.
- Experience with SharePoint development tools such as Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, and PowerShell.
- Comfortable working in an environment where problems are not always well defined.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-starter who is able to work proficiently with minimal oversight
- Ability to analyze unstructured textual data and derive insights from it
- Strong skill set in data acquisition, algorithm design and model development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in an integrated team environment.
