What You’Ll Be Doing

The Pre-Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in engaging with our dealers and consultants, understanding their unique laundry requirements, and delivering customized solutions that underscore Electrolux Professional Group’s competitive advantage. This position requires a detailed-oriented, analytical, and client-focused individual who will bridge the gap between technical specifications and client needs, providing outstanding support to optimize sales processes. 

Product Analysis and Sizing of Laundry 

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to comprehensively understand and assess their specific laundry needs and requirements. Calculate for them the type and number of machines requested to match their capacity requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of our products versus competitor offerings to position Electrolux Professional as the superior choice in the market.

Key Account Management:

  • Collaborate with dealers and consultants to recommend optimal equipment solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with Electrolux Professional’s high-quality standards. Maintain and strengthen business relationship with Key Customers.
  • Support consultants and distributors by providing detailed product specifications and guidance to ensure the correct configuration and utilization of our  products.
  • Translate competitor specifications into Electrolux Professional’s compatible alternatives, demonstrating value advantages and compatibility.

Sales Support:

  • Develop comprehEnsive proposals and detailed quotations for dealers and consultants, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate with external partners to create effective layout and MEP designs that maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze, update, and manage pricing structures to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive CAD and Revit symbol library to support dealers and consultants in the visualization and integration of Electrolux products into project designs.
  • Explore new potential opportunities with consultants and distributors
  • Meet with new potential customers to switch them to Electrolux program and to expand Electrolux reach into the market.

WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • At least 5-7  years of experience in a pre-sales, engineering, or technical sales role, preferably within the laundry equipment industry or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret client requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Proficiency in CAD and Revit software for the development and maintenance of symbol libraries and project visualization. 
  • Familiarity with product specification and configuration tools. 
  • Good understanding of laundry systems and equipment, including knowledge of competitive products and industry trends is advantage. 
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively to a non-technical audience. 
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on building lasting relationships with dealers and consultants.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. 
  • Problem-Solving: Proven track record of identifying and solving complex problems, with a focus on developing innovative and cost-effective solutions. 
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in proposal and quotation development, as well as in managing pricelist structures. 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adjusting priorities as needed to meet client and business demands. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for data analysis and proposal development.
