Memory Care Manager

Grand Villa of Sarasota is seeking a dedicated and experienced Memory Care Manager to lead our dementia care program at our Assisted Living facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of memory care services for residents with dementia
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Supervise and support staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including licensing requirements
• Maintain detailed documentation of resident care and facility operations
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents and staff
• Provide training and ongoing education to staff on best practices in memory care
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and healthcare providers

Skills And Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a management role within Assisted Living, with an emphasis on memory care
• Strong understanding of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease care practices
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to senior care
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
