Manager, DPP - Digital Banking (Programme Management) MY

Plan effectively around delivery constraints and manage project timeline, schedules, costs and dependencies. 

Provide timely report on project progress, milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.

Proactively monitor project execution to effectively identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies that may impact project delivery

Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration. 

Oversees and support in obtaining necessary governance approvals to ensure compliance to reduce risks. 

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years in digital space preferably in financial services.
• Experience in internet banking and mobile banking are a plus.
• Experience in waterfall and agile software development lifecycle.
• Good understanding of latest innovation in digital and able to transition a vision or an idea into reality. 
• Good technical understanding on the prgram scope and understanding on product development lifecycle.
• Experience as Program Manager or Project Manager with experience in applying Project Management principles and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Good stakeholder management experience.
• PMP/ Prince2/ Agile project management certifications are a plus
