Location : Abu Dhabi                            

Role Purpose:

Liaise with respective department to ensure TAT is maintained as per HF Policy for internal unit coordination. 

Maintain MIS to ensure 100% Service Quality.

Manage leads and LMS system and related data.  

Manages Office Requirements.

• Responsible for Sales Support Related activity to facilitate smooth transaction and closer of business.
• Key Accountabilities of the role      
• MIS maintenance.
• Lead management .
• General unit coordination 
• Sales Support.
• RCSA control.
• RCSA control.
• Pro active and very energetic.

• Efficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

• Advanced computer skills.

Previous Experience Required (If Any):

Coordination experience in real estate or banking
