Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist Program Director with day to day on-site oversight and operation of the after school program.
- Oversee ratios and combining of classrooms at the end of day.
- Oversee implementation of curriculum and daily schedule.
- Oversee cleaning of classrooms at the end of day.
- Covering staff absences.
- Provide support to staff for development and training under direction from Program Director and Education & Training Coordinator.
- Oversee completion of progress reports 1x year.
- Assist Program Director with departures and outgoing buses.
- Assist with the promotion of company and school age child care programs to the community.
- Update classroom required postings.
- Bring all concerns to the Program Director.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Suitable BRC
- At least 20 years old
- 12 months of supervised Out-of-School time work experience as a Group Leader
- 2:30PM-5:30PM
