Are you ready to make a real difference in a fast-paced workday by supporting our Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)? Do you have experience as a Personal Assistant and enjoy creating structure and efficiency? Then keep reading.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support both our CUO and CFO. This is a dynamic and versatile full-time role, split equally between the two executives. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys optimizing workflows and making things run smoothly.
Your Role
You will report to the CUO but support both the CUO and CFO equally. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive administrative support to the CUO and CFO
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and accommodation
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external events
- Organizing and supporting team events and executive meetings
- Handling expense reports, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks
- Structuring and maintaining key information and documentation
- Continuously identifying smarter ways to streamline tasks and processes
- Acting as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
About You
Both the CUO and CFO manage busy schedules and multiple priorities, so you’ll need to work independently most of the time. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a similar administrative or personal assistant role
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
- An excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
- Discreet, reliable, and service-minded
- Danish language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement
