Job Duties:

• Manage MBS2 Development Team
• Prime system operational liaison point with China JV
• Agree, specify and deliver MBS2 enhancements to meet operational business requests.
• Manage allocated IT projects in offices across Asia Pacific
• Liaise with all key stakeholders to understand the business case for development
• Prioritise enhancement requests and manage delivery timescales to business
• Analyse business issues /enhancements and specify appropriate technical solutions
• Create clear and concise specifications / requirements documentation
• Take responsibility for and manage the involvement of all related technology departments for any project under your control
• Manage the request for changes, adhering to TP ICAP internal change management processes
• Produce test cases to ensure accuracy and coverage of solution
• Perform testing of requested changes
• Manage UAT of requested changes
• Project manage all system releases
• Assist in resolving day to day issues related to systems worked on
• Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines.
• Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out your duties

Skills Required:

• Project management skills
• Business analysis skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to match the basic business requirements to appropriate TP ICAP technical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Project, Visio
• Experience of issue and task tracking packages e.g. JIRA
