Primary Purpose:

Provide as needed instruction in the bachelor’s degree in Property Management and Real Estate and/or the Master of Science in Real Estate Development programs.

Essential Job Functions:

Teach undergraduate and/or graduate coursework in the fields of real estate and GIS, including but not limited to courses such as construction management, GIS, real estate finance, and investments. Courses are offered in various modalities including in person on the Davie campus, hybrid, live Zoom, and fully asynchronously.

Job Requirements: Prepare and teach coursework via developing syllabi, lectures, and materials for the Canvas learning management system.

• Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 1. Understanding of the field of real estate.
• 2. High level of computer literacy.
• 3. High quality communication skills, both oral and written.

Required Certifications/Licensures: Please attach cover letter indicating the level and types of courses of interest, resume, and copies of graduate transcripts.

Required Education: Master's Degree

Major (If Required:

Required Experience: 1. Professional experience in real estate or GIS for the level of coursework.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1. College-level teaching experience.
• 2. Demonstrated relevant teaching experience with a commitment to student achievement.
• 3. Demonstrated record of accomplishment in a professional career.
