Job Description

Are you analytically minded, enjoy working in a dynamic team, and looking to further develop your skills in an international financial environment? If so, we look forward to receiving your application as Business Manager (f/m/d) in our Portfolio Advisory Europe team in Zurich.

• Take responsibility for the management, coordination, and execution of projects within Portfolio Advisory Europe
• Prepare impactful analyses and presentations for the Head of Portfolio Advisory Europe
• Plan and organize meetings, workshops, and offsites, including preparation and follow-up
• Perform data analyses and create relevant reports
• Support department management in daily operations as well as strategic initiatives
• Efficiently manage the mailbox and calendar of the Head of Portfolio Advisory Europe

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Banking & Finance or a related field
• Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally within the financial sector
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
• Structured, precise, and analytical working style
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both German and English.
• Team player with strong self-motivation, flexibility, and willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
• Open-minded and eager to learn – we also welcome applications from candidates with strong development potential
