The Opportunity

As Marketing Manager (Business Partnering), you’ll play a key role in delivering marketing and communications activities that align with the objectives of UniSC’s schools and research centres. Leading a small, talented team, you’ll provide strategic advice, create and deliver marketing and communication plans, and track impact along the way. Partnering closely with specialist teams within the marketing and communications department, you’ll help bring ideas to life and deliver value for UniSC.

You Will

  • collaborate with leaders to create and deliver annual marketing and communication plans that grow UniSC’s reputation and attract students;
  • build trusted, productive relationships between Marketing and Communications and colleagues across our schools and research centres;
  • contribute strategic advice and practical support alongside M&C teams to drive initiatives that bring our strategy to life.

About You

Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys partnering with others to develop and implement strategies that deliver on clearly defined objectives. You’re comfortable with making data-informed decisions, leading with insight, building positive relationships and offering practical advice that helps your colleagues succeed. You’re a team player who can juggle multiple projects and committed to delivering results.

You Will Possess:

  • Experience in designing and delivering integrated marketing and communication campaigns that support client goals.
  • The ability to engage stakeholders, quickly understand their priorities and translate them into meaningful outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, with confidence in balancing competing demands and tight deadlines.
  • A track record of leading and motivating others to produce great work, while managing your own projects with equal focus.
