As an associate director of admission, you will work to meet SCAD's application and enrollment goals by building personal relationships with students and educators through extensive travel to strategically identified schools. You will maintain thorough and accurate records in Salesforce for students, organizations, volunteers, and travel arrangements. Your responsibilities include inputting planned, confirmed, and completed events into the database, as well as covering LiveAgent or on-site shifts, tours, and meetings with parents and students. Among other duties, you will attend educational and professional conferences to recruit and foster relationships. Additionally, you will train and mentor new staff, provide regular feedback and ideas to leadership, and ensure the effective use of alumni and parent ambassadors.
In this role, you will advocate for students by preparing electronic submissions and transcripts for scholarship and admission reviews, as well as other academic documents for transfer evaluation. You will track applicant documents, contact details, and communications in Banner and Salesforce. Additionally, you will stay informed of all university policies and procedures to provide accurate information about the school. Responsibilities include communication with applicants and admitted students according to an established schedule and participation in staff orientation.
The successful candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational, presentation, and writing skills. They can also work well independently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree

Travel Required:
- More than 50%
Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
