As a Customer Service Representative – Complex Complaints, you will play a key role in resolving sensitive and challenging customer issues. You will manage disputes through to resolution with empathy and professionalism, delivering high standards of customer service while meeting all regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing;
- Complaint Resolver: Investigate and manage complex customer complaints from start to resolution
- Customer Advocate: Liaise with customers and clients to address concerns promptly, professionally, and in line with regulatory frameworks.
- Deadline Driver: Manage your workload effectively to ensure all complaints are resolved within set timeframes and in line with service expectations.
- Compliance Keeper: Manage escalated customer complaints, ensuring each case is resolved and closed in line with required standards.
- Insight Reporter: Prepare reports on outcomes, trends, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
