Exam Supervisor / Chief Exam Supervisor (Invigilator) – Assignment based contract

Role:

Exam supervisors are responsible for upholding the integrity of JCU Singapore's exam process. You are required to adhere to JCU Singapore’s procedures and Exam regulations and react professionally in the event of an emergency or suspected misconduct by a candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Supervisors must keep exam materials secured at all times – from the receipt and transportation of papers to the exam room, within the exam room and until the return of completed documents after the exam.
• Distribution and collection of exam papers, exam scripts, and attendance forms.
• Verifying the identification of candidates
• Surveillance of students while the exam is in progress.
• Ensuring the count of examination answer booklets and attendance forms is correct.
• Dealing with emergency evacuations or reported illness.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
• Minimum A levels/ Diploma/ Degree and above in any discipline
• 21 years old and above
• Competent in basic IT skills
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
