Product Manager - Marketplace

Salla, the leading SaaS e-commerce enabler in the region, is in search of a dedicated and innovative Product Manager to join its dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering product strategy and execution for our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop products that resonate with our merchants and their customers while driving growth and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap that aligns with Salla’s business objectives.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback for product development.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to launch new products and features.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategies.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and features within budget.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Business, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience in SAAS or digital product management, preferably within the tech or e-commerce sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute product strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Experience in marketplace management, with a demonstrated history of developing or overseeing digital marketplace products (B2C or B2B). A comprehensive understanding of supply-demand dynamics, seller onboarding processes, and optimizing the buyer's journey is essential..
• A strong enthusiasm for e-commerce accompanied by a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
