What are we looking for?

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager, Corporate Performance Management to support annual planning, business reviews, and strategic initiatives. The role involves preparing insightful reports and presentations, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of the company’s business plan and performance updates.

What are we expecting from this role?

  • Effective representation/preparation of CLM for annual planning, strategic dialogs and business reviews with deep insights,
  • Improve turnaround times and quality of deliverables for group offices, especially the business plan
  • Ensure timely delivery of the company’s strategic initiatives
  • Ensure end-to-end quality and timely deliverables of the Annual Business Plan
  • Business Performance analysis for developing strategic management information and insights (dashboard, reports, flashes, etc.)
  • Identify, design and keep track of a selected set of KPI for insight and strategic development
  • Coordinate tracking and management of KPI performance on a monthly basis
  • Communicate KPI tracking with EXCO members with useful insights to drive performance
  • Prepare quarterly dialogue presentation materials on a quarterly basis with analysis of data and visualization of results
  • Prepare a presentation for strategy communication for engagement with both internal and external stakeholders on a request basis
  • Develop a forecast on strategic KPIs performance with engagement with other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues in developing and sharing a deeper understanding of the drivers of strategic performance.
  • Sharing knowledge with colleagues across functions to develop capabilities.
  • Managing stakeholders at the regional head office through timely and effective communication
  • Facilitate the dry run and preparation for key meetings with regional offices
  • Provide constructive challenges and timely support for key strategic materials and meetings
  • PMO for selected cross-functional key strategic projects,  management actions and  Business Plan (treat as a project)

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the related field.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and data storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel) with knowledge of Power BI, Access, or Python.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Background in data analytics, management, or insurance is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
