Ecosystem Partnership Manager (gn) Technology Partnership

Your Mission

As Strategic Partnerships Manager – Technology Partnerships you will be the business bridge between Wandelbots NOVA and our ecosystem of technology partners. 

• Build, own, and grow strategic relationships that strengthen the Wandelbots NOVA integration ecosystem.
• Drive the development of automation solutions that work seamlessly out of the box for our customers.

If you thrive at the intersection of industrial automation, ecosystem growth, and strategic partnerships – and understand the industry’s shift from hardware-centric automation toward software-defined smart factories, this role is for you. 

On a daily basis you will: 

• Manage Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with strategic technology partners.
• Align Portfolios: Stay up to date with partner product roadmaps (e.g., sensor, vision, and robotics systems) and align them with NOVA’s capabilities.
• Orchestrate Go-to-Market: Collaborate on joint offerings, marketing campaigns, and ecosystem initiatives to drive adoption.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Partner Managers, Product, Engineering, and Revenue to ensure alignment between technical feasibility and business impact.
• Represent Wandelbots NOVA: Lead executive-level discussions with partner organizations and position Wandelbots as a trusted industry player.
• Document and Share Knowledge: Maintain clear records of agreements, partner strategies, and joint activities.
• Drive Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities, evaluate strategic fit, and lead contract and commercial negotiations.

Your Profile

• Strong background in the automation solutions landscape, ideally with exposure to sensors, vision systems, or robotics ecosystems.
• A deep understanding of the transformation from hardware-centric automation to software-defined smart factories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a professional, cooperative approach.
• Solid grasp of modern partner business models (SaaS), value chains, and commercial frameworks (licensing, OEM, channel, joint go-to-market).
• You have an engineering background or technical history that helps you connect deeper with partners and product teams
• Proven experience in contract and commercial agreement negotiations.
• Proactive and structured mindset, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple partner engagements.
• Fluency in English and German.

You are awesome if: 

• You have prior experience in ecosystem or channel management in automation or robotics.
• You bring a strong network in the sensor and vision system community.
• You have experience representing partnerships at conferences, industry events, or ecosystem forums.
