Warehouse Assistant

Join our team as a Warehouse Assistant and support the smooth flow of aviation parts and materials across our operations. You’ll handle incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure all components are stored and prepared in line with strict safety and regulatory standards. With attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our warehouse efficient and our fleet ready to fly.

Assist with the receipt, inspection, labeling, and storage of aviation parts and materials

Pick, pack, and prepare parts for dispatch according to work orders and shipping instructions

Ensure proper handling of aircraft components in accordance with regulatory and safety standards

Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) or MRO system

Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits

Assist in tracking shipments and deliveries from suppliers or other locations

Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).

Experience in a warehouse, logistics or aviation environment preferred

Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory control

Good English skills

Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform physical tasks

Basic computer skills, familiarity with warehouse or inventory software is a plus

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Attention to detail and commitment to safety and accuracy

Willingness to learn and grow within the aviation industry.
