Junior Supply Coordinator

Join our team as a Junior Supply Coordinator and gain hands-on experience in supporting aviation supply chain operations. You’ll assist with stock control, procurement, and shipment coordination while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills, work closely with vendors and internal teams, and grow within the dynamic aviation industry.

Assist in monitoring and maintaining stock levels of aviation parts, tools, and consumables

Support procurement activities by placing purchase orders and following up with vendors

Track shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery

Help manage and update inventory records using ERP or MRO software systems

Prepare and maintain documentation for shipments, invoices, and inventory logs

Assist in quality checks of incoming materials to ensure compliance with aviation standards.

Experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field (internships count)

Basic understanding of inventory management and procurement processes

Good English skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Willingness to learn and grow within the aviation industry.
