The Role

Ready to help shape the future of data at Pepperstone? As a Delivery Lead, you’ll guide agile squads to deliver impactful solutions that put trusted, timely data in the hands of our business. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects and Analysts to keep teams focused, collaborative and empowered.

As our Delivery Lead Salesforce, Enterprise Data, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: 

• Plan and manage delivery using agile values and practices.
• Facilitate sprints, agile ceremonies and team communication.
• Remove blockers, track progress and champion continuous improvement.
• Align squad delivery with business priorities and Salesforce release cycles.
• Support the team in defining requirements and managing the backlog.
• Ensure work meets our standards for quality, security and compliance.
• Coach junior team members and foster a positive, inclusive culture.

About You

• Experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Project Manager.
• Hands-on delivery of Salesforce projects or leading Salesforce teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and administration.
• Agile mindset, great facilitation skills and a knack for working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and working with business and tech stakeholders.
• Bonus points for agile and Salesforce certifications and experience in financial services or regulated environments.

You’ll be part of a dynamic Enterprise Data function, working with squads across regions to deliver deeper client insights, reliable data solutions and empower teams with self-service analytics. We value collaboration, continuous learning and making a real impact.
