About Our Group:

The Equipment Development Engineering (EDE) team is dedicated to delivering innovative equipment solutions and manufacturing technologies that align with Industry 4.0 standards. Our comprehensive process encompasses design, development, qualification, and integration. We specialize in automated machinery, tooling (such as Slider Electrical Test Socket--SETS and Minideck--MD), and process development for component testing systems, including Slider Dynamic Electrical Test (SDET) and Component Evaluation Tool (ComET).

About The Role - You Will:

• Implement a new tooling and conversion kits for automated equipment to support new production requirements.
• Create detailed 2D component designs and release documentation using EPDM, Windchill, and ECN processes.
• Utilize GD&T, tolerance analysis, FMEA, and simulation tools for design optimization.
• Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to investigate root cause mechanisms and validate engineering hypotheses.
• Perform continual improvement initiatives on legacy equipment to enhance performance and reduce downtime.
• Integrate data analysis, machine learning, and AI techniques to improve equipment performance and predictive maintenance.

About You:

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering. 
• 1-3 years of experience in related field with proficiency of CAD/FEA software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS. 
• TOEIC score of 550 or higher. 
• “Can-do” attitude, an open mindset, and detail oriented. 
• Good communication and teamwork ability.

Your Experience Includes:

• Proven experience in equipment performance improvement.
• Understand Six Sigma, DFSS, GD&T, FMEA, and simulation tools.
• Good analytical skill in data analysis, machine learning, and AI applications.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
