Work you’ll do

• Understand and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
• Translate requirements into detailed and effective test cases.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional and regression testing.
• Independently handle complex requirements and testing scenarios.
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts (BSA) and development teams to clarify requirements and raise valid queries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Execute test cases, log defects, and track them to closure.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
