Senior Product Designer

Create Music Group is building a modular, next-generation platform that powers the entire lifecycle of a modern record label: from discovery and signing, through distribution, marketing, analytics, and beyond. We’re looking for a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer to shape one of the most ambitious platforms in our industry. You’ll design intuitive, customizable interfaces that scale across diverse workflows and permission levels—delighting users from novices to experts. With intelligence and automation at the core, you’ll help customers work smarter and faster while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process—from discovery and concept to polished execution
• Design modular, role-based interfaces that adapt seamlessly to varied workflows and permission structures
• Incorporate AI-driven intelligence and automation to streamline decisions and empower users
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers—providing thoughtful feedback and ensuring high-quality, feasible solutions
• Enhance and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and flexibility across the platform
• Advocate for user needs through research insights, prototyping, and iterative testing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing complex SaaS products, with a strong foundation in interaction and visual design
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, elegant solutions that work across multiple roles and use cases
• Expertise in design systems, modern front-end patterns, and AI-enhanced experiences
• Strong collaboration skills, able to align diverse teams and communicate design decisions effectively
• A portfolio that demonstrates data-rich, customizable, and user-centric product design with measurable impact

Pay Scale

• $120,000 - $140,000 CAD per year
• The final levelling and compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
