Full Time
Purpose
- Manage and optimize RMG data and tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across OpCos.
- Provide analytics and reporting to support RMG pillars such as pricing, pack strategy, mix, promotions, and trading terms.
- Contribute ideas and insights to strengthen RMG processes, tools, and capability building in the Hub.
Key Accountabilities

- Maintain, validate, and update RMG data sets across all pillars (pricing, pack, mix, promotion, trade terms).
- Develop, improve, and automate dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates.
- Standardize data processes and ensure consistency across Hub and OpCo
- Conduct analysis to support Strategic Planning (SP), Annual Planning (AP), and RMG lever deep dives.
- Track performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver reporting packs, presentations, and insights to support Hub and OpCo reviews.
- Contribute to building and deploying standardized RMG processes, tools, and enablers.
- Support capability-building initiatives, including training and tool adoption by OpCo teams.
- Provide operational support for implementing RMG initiatives and driving business rhythm
Criteria
- University degree in Economics/Business Management – or equivalent relevant professional experience; MBA a plus
- Excellent speaking and writing in English
- Preferred background in but not limited to Marketing & Sales, Consulting, Finance Min of 3 year of professional experience with min 2 years of commercial & analytics experience, preferably in FMCG or retail 1 year in a OpCo in the region
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail; able to work with large and complex data sets. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively seeking data and solutions. Curiosity and willingness to learn commercial and revenue margin growth concepts.
- Execution and Delivery skills Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and actionable output. Takes ownership of assigned tasks and delivers quality work with minimal supervision.
- People & stakeholder management skills Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and functions. Ability to work in a matrix organization and support multiple managers remotely. Team player, willing to assist and learn from peers and senior colleagues. Experience in a remote role ( a plus)
- Communication and visualization skills Ability to create clear and visually effective reports, dashboards, and presentations. Can simplify data into key findings tailored for different audiences.
- Experience Strong Excel Skills, familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Thinkcell) is an advantage. Experience of Nielsen/IRI/POS data & panel data (Kantar/GfK) is a plus. Experience with both modern trade and traditional trade environments preferred.
