Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology projects across the organisation. This role is critical to enabling business change and transition through the deployment of SaaS platforms and other digital solutions.
The successful candidate will be a change agent with strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, delivery management skills with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary workstreams and ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic outcomes.
This role is available on a 12 months FTC basis, covering Paternity Leave.
Requirements
Key Deliverables:
- Engage with Executive Sponsors and Senior Stakeholders to build trust, shape business change blueprints, and define measurable success criteria.
- Lead the development of business cases and ensure requirements are well-defined, analysed, and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project direction and purpose clearly across teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective information sharing.
- Direct project teams and workstreams, developing and managing project plans to deliver technology and business change initiatives.
- Collaborate with suppliers, solution development teams, and stakeholders to agree on project approaches and delivery plans.
- Prioritise and track work across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project targets.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, collaborating with sponsors and technical leads to resolve challenges.
- Support and guide teams in resolving escalated issues and maintaining workflow momentum.
- Facilitate team interaction and problem-solving, maintaining visibility of progress and proactively addressing external factors impacting delivery.
- Champion hybrid project methodologies, adapting delivery approaches to suit project needs and to facilitate agility.
Knowledge & Experience:
Essential:
- Extensive experience within project management in the tech industry, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven experience working to implement and support the continuous development and deployment of new technology and automated services (SaaS – ERP, Digital Technology).
- Experience working with business operations and technical teams to define and deliver functional and non-functional requirements.
- Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating work across solution delivery pipelines.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers to deliver technology services.
- Detailed knowledge of SaaS ecosystems, cloud-native architectures, and API integrations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of project management lifecycles, principles, and methodologies (Agile, Hybrid).
- Skilled in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
Desirable:
- Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks.
- Background in SaaS implementations and cloud-based platforms.
- Detail-oriented, logical thinker with a solutions-driven mindset

We have a hybrid working policy which allows employees to work from the comfort of their home, three days per week, and in our amazing Blackfriars office for the other two.
