Group Quality Lead

Overview

As our new Group Quality Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with global standards, and promoting best practices across our 30+ countries. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and is passionate about quality transformation. You’ll work closely with the Group Quality Director and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of the Group Quality Roadmap and transformation initiatives
• Lead or contribute to strategic documentation redesign and continuous improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, EN/AS 9100, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of the Global Quality Management System (GQMS)
• Coordinate group-level certifications and ensure audit readiness across entities
• Support external audits and lead internal management reviews
• Define and monitor Group-level KPIs for quality performance
• Promote standardization, best practices, and a culture of quality across regions
• Deliver training and awareness sessions on quality tools and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Certifications in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a quality function within an international organization
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ASPICE, TISAX, EN/AS 9100, ISO 27001
• Proficiency in CAPA, root-cause analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, 8D
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, agile environment
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)

Desired Skills

• Experience leading global quality transformation initiatives
• Exposure to digital quality tools or platforms
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
