Job Description

Job title:
The Supply Chain Data Analyst is a pivotal role within supply chain, tasked with analyzing complex and multi-dimensional datasets and providing insights that drive efficiency and risks mitigation.

Your Role:

• Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, including revenue, costs, margins, and variances.
• Develop and maintain financial data models to support Tariff mitigation program, forecasting, scenario planning and gap analysis.
• Identify drivers of financial performance and provide actionable insights for management decisions.
• Investigate variances, anomalies, and discrepancies in financial reports. Conduct root-cause analysis to identify underlying issues impacting performance and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to design corrective actions and monitor results
• Design, develop, and automate dashboards, scorecards, and financial reports.
• Standardize reporting processes and improve efficiency using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Qlikview, SAP, Finance tools).
• Track key metrics against targets and highlight risks or opportunities and provide early warning signals through trend analysis and variance monitoring.
• The position is offered as a fixed-term contract (12 months) with the possibility of extension.
• University degree: Bachelor or Master's degree
• Advanced MS Excel, SAP, Power BI/Tableau skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting/ order management would be greatly appreciated

• Experience in Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stake holders across Europe.

• Fluent English
