What You Will Do:

Financial Services Business Lead role is to drive the growth of our investment business. This role will be responsible for end-to-end business strategy and execution, from developing new products to launching marketing campaigns and ensuring a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and execution-focused, with strong business acumen in financial services and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the growth of the investment vertical covering stocks, SBN, and digital gold.
2. Identify market opportunities and design strategies to strengthen user adoption and engagement.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners (partners, regulators, etc)
4. Translate business vision into actionable plans across product development, marketing, and operations.
5. Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and business outcomes.
6. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You Will Need:

1. Deep understanding of investment products (stocks, bonds/SBN, gold, mutual funds) is a value plus
2. Strong strategic thinking with proven execution capability.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with partners and internal stakeholders.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
5. Data-driven mindset with familiarity in using analytics for decision-making.
