Mechanical Engineer Intern

Summary of the Position: As a Mechanical Engineer Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering team by enhancing manufacturing processes, creating detailed design drawings, and collaborating with various departments to solve problems. This position offers hands-on experience in project implementation and communication with stakeholders - offering a well-rounded opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Projects You Will Work On:

• 3D modeling in SolidWorks.
• Improve manufacturing processes.
• Create and update design drawings and technical documentation.
• Maintain electrical parameters in drawings.
• Assist senior engineers with project activities.
• Collaborate with Drafters/Designers on construction documents.
• Contribute to real projects that impact plant operations.

Skills And Requirements:

• Experience with 3D modeling; SolidWorks preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong time management skills.
• Team-oriented problem solver.
