Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sourcing is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for an organization. They play a critical role in building a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady stream of potential hires. This is a newly created role to help support JSG’s growth.

Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sourcing is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates to fill open positions within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in building a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a constant flow of high-quality candidates, establishing relationships and staying contemporary with external recruitment vendors and maintaining and improving recruiting sourcing initiatives. This role will also be responsible for coordinating logistics, and facilitating communication among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as online databases, social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates. Conduct targeted searches and develop sourcing strategies to find passive and active job seekers.
• Candidate Outreach & Engagement: Reach out to potential candidates through email, phone calls and messaging platforms. Scheduling interviews, phone screens and other recruitment related appointments for candidates and hiring managers.
• Screening & Assessment & Scheduling: Review resumes and profiles to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for open positions. Schedule interviews, phone screens and other recruitment related appointments for candidates and hiring managers. Responsible for coordinating all interview related logistics and various administrative process tasks related to Talent Acquisition process.
• Candidate Onboarding: Assist and lead new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into Justrite Safety Group from the Corporate HQ in Deerfield, IL.
• Candidate Tracking & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and progress using applicant tracking systems (ATS: UKG). Create and maintain candidate pipelines for different roles. Maintain accurate candidate records related to the talent acquisition process.
• Candidate Travel & Expenses: Arrange candidate travel arrangements and handle all reimbursement processes related to candidate travel. Ensure timely process and reimbursement.
• Reporting & Data Management: Generate and maintain recruitment reports to include monthly TA metrics, employee referral bonuses and budget tracking and expenses. Manage external vendors and contracts documentation including job boards, background check and drug screens.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree OR 7+ years of recruitment or human resources experience
• 3+ years proven experience as a sourcing specialist or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• 3+ years of knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, social media, and online databases.
• 3+ years experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or other HR software required with experience in UltiPro (now UKG) preferred
• Remote/Hybrid position within a 75 mile radius of local commuting area of Justrite Corporate Headquarters in Deerfield, IL.
