Ecommerce Graphic Designer
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Create, adapt and deliver design eCommerce assets in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality of all visual materials, maintaining a strong and coherent brand identity.
- Collaborate with e-commerce managers, trade marketing and marketing teams to translate briefs into effective visual solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting agreed deadlines and business priorities.
- Keep files and projects well-organised, ensuring correct version control and structured archiving.
- Prepare and deliver complete, properly packaged project folders ready for internal or external use.
- Proactively research and apply emerging design trends, tools and technologies to strengthen creative output.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by providing design expertise and advice.
Who You Are:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience of at least 5 years.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, ideally within a marketing, creative agency, or in-house design team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other relevant design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Canva).
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles and brand consistency.
- Experience in creating assets for both digital (e-commerce, social media) and print applications.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, file management and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and provide creative input.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to explore and adopt new design tools and trends.
- Polish & English speaking. Knowledge of other CEE languages (e.g. Ukrainian, Hungarian, and Czech) is a plus.
