About The Role

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing team and report directly to the Lead PPC & Social Advertising. You will be both strategically and operationally responsible for the effectiveness and impact of paid search campaigns. Leveraging your expertise in Search, you will elevate Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and App campaigns, working with significant budgets and managing performance across multiple European markets.

You bring in-depth knowledge of creating, optimizing, and scaling Paid Search campaigns, with a strong focus on implementing best practices to deliver measurable results. With a test-and-learn mindset, you’ll continuously analyze data and user behavior to enhance campaign performance. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with social specialists, affiliate managers, content and design teams, website managers, and compliance to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

What you will be responsible for:

• Day to day account management of the search accounts brands
• Work on the country-specific strategy of more than 15 countries
• Translate data into valued insights and optimizations. You need to love data!
• Innovate! There is no day without an active test in the accounts
• Improve customer retention and account creation rates by developing the right ads for this purpose
• Keep the team up to date with the latest SEA trends

What do we want from you?

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in paid search advertising
• Experience in international markets
• Good understanding of A/B testing
• Good understanding of Google Analytics and are data-driven
• Experience with large budgets
• Fluent in English. Any other language is a plus
• Interest in finance or investing is a plus
• Self-starter, social, innovative, and well-organized
• Working within an ambitious environment
• Plus to have an interest in investing and finance
