Overview:

We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Senior Digital Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting our digital product, UX, and marketing teams by transforming web analytics into actionable insights. You’ll measure and analyze key digital performance metrics — from user journeys and funnel conversions to content engagement — and translate complex behavioral data into clear recommendations that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth

You’ll build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics tracking solutions, helping stakeholders make informed, data-backed decisions that shape our digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

Website Analytics & Optimization:

  • Analyze user behavior and purchase patterns on the website to understand customer intent, identify friction points, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation by contributing to hypothesis generation, test setup, and post-test analysis.
  • Collaborate with Digital Product and Engineering teams to define tagging requirements and ensure accurate, complete data capture

Performance Reporting & Enablement:

  • Lead the creation and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports across eCommerce — including site metrics, product performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer behavior trends.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Databricks, Adobe Analytics, and Excel.
  • Support training initiatives to improve stakeholder adoption and effective use of analytics tools and dashboards.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics or eCommerce, ideally within a retail environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with hands-on experience using analytics and BI tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of key eCommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, AUR, UPT, bounce rate, funnel drop-offs).
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, including hypothesis development, test design, analysis, and communicating results.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to influence senior leadership.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
